ACCREDITATION / CERTIFICATION

Pure Dates proudly sources date varieties from certified organic farms, and hold Saudi Arabia accreditation according to BCS Organic Production Standards (equivalent to Regulation (EC) 834/2007. To obtain the certificate please contact us.

PRICING POLICY

All Product prices are in dhirhams (AED) and are inclusive of UAE value added tax ("VAT") (where applicable), at the appropriate rate, and are correct at the time that the Product Description was first entered on to the Website. Prices of Products may change from time to time and any promotional discounts or offers may also be withdrawn at any time.

Although we try to ensure all our Product's prices displayed in the Product Description are accurate, errors may sometimes occur.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition at the specified shipping address provided when your order is processed.

We do not offer exchange / refunds due to being fresh food item (unless its not right product). We do offer exchange on the basis the products must be returned in a sellable condition meaning that they must be sealed and in their original Pure Dates packaging. We reserve the right to consider the condition of any Product that you wish to exchange and make any deductions if there are indications that the products having been used, removed or tampered with. 

SHIPPING POLICY

UAE Shipping

Pure Dates priority shipping to deliver your order within the UAE between 1-2 working days. All orders are processed within 24 hours of order acceptance (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). A member of our team will contact you via email with Order Confirmation and will reach you via phone to coordinate appropriate delivery time. All orders within the UAE will be free of charge of delivery above 150 AED.

Middle East / International Shipping

For delivery orders within the Middle East it will take between (2-5 days) and International Deliveries - (3-7 days). Orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes and customs clearance charges of the destination country. These additional charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held accountable for charges incurred during the delivery of your order/package. Delivery delays may occur if your package is selected for inspection by your country’s Customs Department or Agency.
